The hull must not be allowed to dry for 30 days after plastering in order to achieve maximum strength. This view shows the setup of a canvas soak hose on a plank in the rafters over the centerline of the hull. The hull was covered with fiber carpet padding which gets soaked down by the dripping water. This and a couple of sprinklers on the inside of the hull are all on an electronic timer that I build which operates a couple of solenoid valves to turn the water on every few minutes so everything will stay wet without giving me too much of a shock when the water bill comes.
