Here I am a couple of years later with the hull painted, the rudder installed, a cradle assembled and strapped to the bottom of the keel, and scrap wood packing lashed where the cables from the crane will go to roll the hull upright. It took some time to find a crane company with the correct type of rig (rough terrain) to do the job, I had two decline before I found the one to do it. The hourly rate is steep so I bought the wire rope and had it all rigged ahead of time. Still need to find 4 people with trucks and winches to pull and restrain the cables used to roll the hull while the crane lifts. (1978 or 1979 ?) (next)
